Delivery
Products are digital files. There is no shipping and no physical item. After checkout, the store checks the Lightning invoice server-side and unlocks a short-lived download link when it settles. If you use the on-chain fallback, the store checks the transaction instead. The link is scoped to the product you bought and is intended to be used promptly.
If the payment settles and the download does not unlock, contact @xsaifsaifx on Telegram with the product name and the Lightning payment hash (or the on-chain transaction ID if you used the fallback). Do not send a screenshot of your wallet seed phrase, and never share a private key.
No email address is required for delivery. If you close the page before downloading, contact support with the payment hash or transaction ID and we will help you recover access.
Refunds
Because the products are digital files delivered immediately, all sales are final. This is the same rule shown on the product pages and at checkout.
If a file is broken, missing, or not the file described on its product page, contact support and we will fix the delivery or make it right. If you paid twice for the same product, or paid the wrong amount, contact support with the transaction details. Those cases are handled individually.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any non-waivable consumer right that applies to your purchase.
Privacy
Satoshi Shelf does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or card details to complete a purchase. The store does not install analytics, advertising pixels, or account-tracking scripts.
Lightning payments are not published on the Bitcoin blockchain. The store uses LNbits to create invoices and check settlement; the LNbits backend (and, if hosted, its operator) can see invoice metadata such as the amount, memo, and payment status. The store may retain the payment hash, product, amount, and timestamp for delivery and reconciliation. It does not need a customer profile to deliver a file.
If you choose the on-chain fallback, the transaction, addresses, and amount are public on the blockchain.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may process standard request data under GitHub’s privacy statement. The pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which makes a request to Google under Google’s privacy policy. Links to YouTube, Instagram, GitHub, and Telegram take you to third-party services with their own policies.
If you contact support through Telegram, that conversation is handled by Telegram. Please do not send sensitive personal information, wallet seed phrases, or private keys.
Terms
License. Unless a product page says otherwise, a purchase grants you a license to use the files for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or sublicense the files as a standalone product, template pack, or download.
No outcome guarantee. The products are practical tools, not a promise of income, employment, legal compliance, or any particular result. Business, financial, legal, and tax decisions remain yours. The content is not financial, legal, or tax advice.
Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. The checkout creates a time-limited Lightning invoice for the equivalent amount; the buyer pays any routing fees. The on-chain fallback quotes an amount at the live rate, and the buyer pays the Bitcoin network fee. A payment that does not match the quoted amount or the stated network may not unlock a download.
Availability and changes. Products, prices, and these policies may change. The version published on this page applies to a purchase made after it is posted. If a product is removed, existing buyers can still contact support for access help.
Acceptable use. Do not use the store to violate sanctions, fraud, consumer-protection, tax, or other applicable law. The store may refuse or reverse a transaction where required by law.
